In the top right corner press “log in”. A window will open in which you need to press “Forgot Your Password?”. Enter your email address, on which you will receive an email with a link. Press the link to reset your password.
Do I need to set my own account to be able to order on the online shop?
You don’t need to set up an account to order. However by having your own account you are able to see your order history and you don’t have to fill in your delivery address and contact at your next order.
I received information that the package was dispatched a few days ago, yet the package hasn’t arrived.
If you chose the Polish Post service please contact the closest post office; you can check the shipping status on http://sledzenie.poczta-polska.pl/ entering the waybill number.
If you chose delivery via DHL courier please call the hotline: (+48) 42 6 345 345; you can check the shipping status on www.dhl.pl entering the tracking number.
The number of the package is sent in a confirmation email. If the package is not at the post office or at the courier company office, please contact us by sending an email to: email@example.com.
I didn’t receive an order confirmation email?
Please contact us by email firstname.lastname@example.org giving your name and surname, or by calling (+48) 33 874 90 09. We will check whether your order was properly placed.
The delivery time is not given, so when can I expect my order to be processed?
The lingerie presented is available in our stockroom. We process orders the same day they have been made or the next if it is payment on delivery, bank transfer after being credited. In unusual situations the time can be prolonged, of which the client will be informed. Processing orders is the time between making the order and handing the delivery to the courier.
If the size does not fit can I return or exchange or return the item?

How can I redeem a gift card?

Can I receive a VAT invoice?
Yes, the store can issue a VAT invoice, on the request of the client, which is attached to the package. In the event that an invoice is needed, please enter your invoice information, while ordering under “Payment Information”.
